Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and maintain accurate Receive and Issue records of all materials, Inventory taking and bill Checking as per procedure.
∎ Ensure proper maintain and operation of the store and timely dispatch.
∎ Need to Issue gate pass, challan & Receiving challan, Ensure proper deliveries.
∎ Monitor Bonded Warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely.
∎ Maintain software based system for materials delivery.
∎ Ensure daily/weekly stock report.
∎ Systematic documentation and clear knowledge to deal the customs audit.
∎ Any other assignment is given by higher authority.
