Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the store team to ensure the store operates at peak efficiency by supervising, organizing, directing, and training store employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals.
∎ Develop store operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping.
∎ Train and manage a store team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
∎ Supervise daily activities of the store inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
∎ Meet regularly with store leads to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and apace utilization.
∎ Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met.
∎ Oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to customers and internal facilities, communicating with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of packages.
∎ Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc.)
∎ Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
∎ Follow up and lead all store personnel for the smooth functioning of store dept.
∎ After completion of order need to make a closing summary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have attached a one minutes Video Clip (About himself, why he or she would be hire) with formal dress. The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garment General Store, Inventory management, Store Management, supply chain management
∎ Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Access).
∎ Must be experienced in the Ready-Made Garments Sector & Clothing Brand
∎ Should have good knowledge in Store System and its SOP.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
∎ Ability to work with all levels of company staff.
∎ Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback. Relevant experience is mandatory.
∎ Develop skill of store worker also arrange training team building activities.
