∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Record daily deliveries and receiving to reconcile inventory.
∎ Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.
∎ Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.
∎ Review the report every deliveries after receiving packing list and also find out the number of damaged product Be responsible for the planning and operational procedures of the warehouse.
∎ Collect the data from Manager, operations and entry into the software properly (ERP).
∎ Understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
∎ Knowledge of Supply Chain Management System Technical expertise in ERP software or other inventory management systems.
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
∎ Detailed knowledge of various warehouse, production and transportation procedures.
∎ Should have the capacity to manage multiple tasks following deadlines.
∎ Any other task as/ when assigned by the Supervisor or the delegated person from Head office.
