Job Context:
∎ We are a highly strategic and value driven business conglomerate, producing Woven and Denim - Bottom, Tops and Outerwear for renowned brands and retailers
∎ This position is for a candidate who can approach and deal with customers pro-actively, build relationships by servicing, and focus on organic growth.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Workout product costings using SMV’s.
∎ Work closely with the Planning Department to achieve consistent capacity booking throughout the year.
∎ Work closely with the Sampling Department to ensure that all sampling requirements of respective customers are sent on time and ensure that all samples being sent are good for 1st time approval.
∎ Making effective T&A and ensuring that all activities are executed as planned.
∎ Coordinating with Production Department to ensure that PCD’s are met.
∎ Knowledge on different certification and audit requirements is a must.
∎ Prepare cost sheets and BOM’s after order confirmation and monitor opening of BTB- LC’s and follow-up processing of shipping documents.
∎ Analyze the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to realistically understand the post-production costing.
∎ Able to switch between big picture thinking and attention to the smallest detail, as both are required to successfully complete this role.
∎ Work with absolute integrity and honesty and should be able to identify and report areas of cost savings and wastage reduction, both internally and externally.
∎ Need to have the analytical skills to look at sales trend and larger industry trends to make informed decisions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Computer skills, (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator CS, and good command in mailing).
∎ Should have worked on ERP’s
∎ Self-motivated, Self-organized, and responsible
∎ Good command over spoken and written English
∎ Negotiation skills
∎ Direct customer handling experience will be given preference
∎ Overseas travel will be an added advantage.
