∎ Age 28 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Look after the sourcing chain and increase its capability.
∎ Develop own sourcing agents in major sourcing districts for enhancing sourcing.
∎ Improve sourcing capability through developing pool of reliable suppliers from various districts and B2B.
∎ Improve suppliers’ relationship for achieving their loyalty and sourcing efficiency.
∎ Develop sourcing capability of rare or uncommon trades.
∎ Utilize digital marketing, social media, job posting, employee referral, and other platforms for promotional activities for effective sourcing.
∎ Assist Accounts department in ensuring deposition of money on time.
∎ Coordinate with S&M for improving interview performance of candidates and better selection rate.
∎ Coordinate with mobilization team for better output.
∎ Conduct pre-screening, mock interview, and training activities to increase the rate of success in selection.
∎ Maintain performance sheet & updated database of all potential candidates.
∎ Provide weekly & monthly report to HOD as well as on ERP usage to ISS.
∎ Always make a plan to expand the effective sourcing area and suppliers.
