Position Overview
Otithee.com, a fast-growing travel-tech platform in Bangladesh, is looking for a passionate and target-driven Sr./Executive, Sales to join our team. The Sales Sr./Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales conversions to support Otithee.com’s growth. This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated, persuasive, and eager to build a career in the travel and hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities with hotels, resorts, airlines, and corporate clients.
Identify potential clients and generate new sales opportunities.
Contact prospective customers through calls, meetings, and emails to present Otithee.com’s services.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotels, resorts, airlines, and corporate clients.
Assist in preparing sales pitches, proposals, and contracts.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.
Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
Represent Otithee.com at exhibitions, events, and client meetings.
