Job Responsibilities:
∎ He or she must be a good Team player and Result oriented.
∎ Meet the objectives and targets of the sales and Marketing Department.
∎ Market visit, Client hunt, Creating Market opportunity.
∎ Sales revenue by ensuring profitability through price increase.
∎ Maintain appropriate customer engagement proactively to delegate Win-Win situation for both stakes.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customers.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
∎ To ensure that every sales individual creating their own customer database and thus will create a corporate customer bank.
∎ Communicate with prospective buyers.
∎ Arrange meeting with prospective clients and project visit physically with clients.
∎ To find out the performance gap of non-achiever and guide them to achieve the next target
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
