∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Jahangirnagar University,University of Dhaka students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Agile methodology

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Develop API, Java Development, jQuery/PrototypeJs, Programmer/ Software Engineer, Web Developer/ Web Designer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, IT Enabled Service, Software Company, Telecommunication

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical leadership, take ownership of the development team & co-ordinate team with HOD.
∎ Collaborate with other software developers, producer/product manager and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise integration applications and APIs.
∎ Design, and build applications based on Java within stipulated timeline with clean codes & following international standards.
∎ Perform unit & integration testing to ensure functionality of application.
∎ Prepare Reports to Team Manager and demonstrate development plan, risk and deliverables.
∎ Design and develop software in a pair-programming environment with collaboration from international Developers.
∎ Determine the feasibility of design within time and cost constraints against requirements.
∎ Work on highly scalable Java applications and services.
∎ Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
∎ Research and evaluate a variety of software products to identify improvement scopes.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Experienced in MFS will be an added advantage.
∎ Strong knowledge in Object Oriented Programming.
∎ Good command over Java and dot net.
∎ Hands on experience in JEE framework like Spring,Struts2 etc.
∎ Hands on experience with REST and SOAP.
∎ Good understanding of code versioning tools such as git, svn.
∎ Strong verbal written communication skills both English and Bangla.
∎ Must be proactive and extreme learning attitude required.
∎ Advanced analytical skills required.
