∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Demonstrated a track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environment
∎ Solid design philosophy, deep understanding and take a user-centric approach to balance user and business requirements
∎ Passion for human-centred design with clean aesthetics
∎ Wireframing, mockups, prototyping are key parts of your toolset. You are proficient in Sketch/Figma, Photoshop, Indesign, Zeplin, Unbounce and the likes
∎ Familiarity with iOS UI guidelines, Google Material Design responsive design
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
∎ A continuous learning mentality and the ability to take projects from start to finish
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to design products from idea to launch. Product includes web and mobile consumer apps and internal apps.
∎ Develop clear and effective user interfaces to achieve both product and business goals.
∎ Conduct user research to test prototypes, UI elements and UX flows.
∎ Take ownership of the entire design process from wireframes to high-fi prototype.
∎ Maintain and build out our design asset library including visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, style guides, and prototypes.
∎ Provide graphic support for branding, offline marketing and our physical spaces.
∎ Maintain and define the visual and UX patterns for our products to cultivate a consistent and intuitive experience.
