Job Responsibilities:
∎ Consistent support on IT help desk.
∎ Perform in house troubleshooting for PC, printer, Laptop etc.
∎ Conduct UPS testing as per requirement and schedule
∎ Maintain IT equipment inventory.
∎ Perform network related helpdesk support and installation
∎ Conduct regular basis safety checking
