Educational Requirements:
∎ At least BS degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from any reputed university.
∎ Bachelor degree (inclusive) or above, more than 1 year experience in testing work, those with experience in software testing or development are preferred;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in product requirements analysis and design review;
∎ Highly experienced with TDD and BDD approach
∎ Develop test plans, write and execute test cases, perform defect tracking and quality analysis;
∎ Guarantee the quality of the system under test, and strive to improve product quality and R&D efficiency through testing process and method innovation;
∎ Responsible for functional testing, performance testing, APP special testing, etc. of related projects;
∎ Responsible for the automated development of test cases to improve test coverage and execution efficiency;
∎ Assist development to locate bugs.
∎ Doing best practice with automation testing
∎ Ensure various testing like load testing, stress testing, regression testing with various tools
∎ Develop test plans, write and execute test cases, perform defect tracking and quality analysis;
∎ Guarantee the quality of the system under test, and strive to improve product quality and R&D efficiency through testing process and method innovation;
∎ Responsible for functional testing, performance testing, APP special testing, etc. of related projects;
∎ Responsible for the automated development of test cases to improve test coverage and execution efficiency;
∎ Assist development to locate bugs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Familiar with software testing methods and software engineering knowledge, familiar with defect management process and quality control;
∎ Familiar with testing related technologies, familiar with tool frameworks such as Selenium, Postman, Jmeter, etc. is preferred;
∎ Familiar with large database systems, able to use SQL language proficiently; Familiar with any language user such as PHP, Go, Java, Ruby, Python is preferred;
∎ Strong learning ability, rigorous work attitude, high sense of responsibility, proactive, strong coordination and communication skills; good sense of teamwork, able to communicate effectively with project team members;
∎ Proficient in automated testing, performance testing, strong technical ability;
∎ Test Automation in Java or any other language
∎ Experience in using JMeter and Junit
∎ Various level testing experience with proper documentation
∎ Experienced with related tools and technologies
∎ Other Skills Requirements
∎ Proficient in English (oral & written)
∎ Good troubleshooting skills.
∎ Continuous learner.
∎ Proactive.
∎ Possesses sense of ownership.
∎ Interest in the work being done.
∎ Relevant professional Certifications would be a plus.
∎ Good in communications with excellent English language ability.
