Job Responsibilities:
∎ Successfully completed sales opportunity and achieve sales target
∎ Creating a new Retail/industrial customer to accrue the sales target.
∎ Building a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Have to achieve individual monthly/ quarterly sales target.
∎ To prepare sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.Identify the customer's need.
∎ Collect information and regularly monitor product performance and customer satisfaction.
∎ Analysis of Market share, volume and monitor competitors' activities
∎ Increase market share by developing new business from existing and new customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): After Sales, Area/ Territory Marketing, B2B Sales, Data Collection, Dealer Sales, Direct Sales, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals, Restaurant, Retail Store

∎ Be responsible, loyal, self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bangla with a strong sense of responsibility.
∎ Minimum of 2- 3years relevant experience in FMCG/Pharmaceuticals sector for TSO.
∎ Must-Have Smart Phone and own Internet.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ The salary structure will be effective according to the company policy and based on his/her sales Target.
