∎ Minimum 5+ years of experience in the construction chemicals industry, Cement,Steel industry, particularly in sales, marketing.
∎ Strong technical expertise in concrete admixtures, waterproofing systems, and floor coatings, with a proven record of field application and support.
∎ Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
∎ Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across Bangladesh.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute sales & Marketing strategies for the concrete admixtures, waterproofing, and floor coatings segments.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including construction firms, contractors, engineers, and architects.
∎ Create Distributor or Dealer and maintained. Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive dynamics in the construction chemicals industry.
∎ Analyze sales data and market trends to ensure that sales strategies are effectively driving profitability.
∎ Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports on a regular basis, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
∎ Lead and mentor the sales and technical teams, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet their goals.
∎ Set performance targets for the team and ensure they are achieved through effective coaching, support, and development.
∎ Ducon Construction Chemicals Industries Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Sales Manager (Civil Engineer) with a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering background and extensive field experience to lead our business development efforts in the areas of concrete admixtures, waterproofing systems, Epoxy PU Floor coatings, Floor Hardener and other construction chemical products.
∎ This role requires a strong technical background, as well as the ability to drive sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, expanding market share, and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the construction industry.
