  • Job Location Based in Dhaka but need to supervise the modern trade across country.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Offering products along with samples to different retail chain stores and securing order from them.

  • Collecting competitors pricing and offer (consumer offer/incentives, etc.) and analyse those to contribute in formulating the pricing strategy.

  • Achieving the allocated product wise Sales Target and ensure proper merchandising of our products in the category shelf/freezers.

  • Coordinating day-to-day activities of the sales representatives/ junior team members and monitoring their performance to ensure that they are also achieving their KPIs.

  • Tracking the performance of contributing outlets and focusing branding efforts or conduct activation in those outlets.

  • Prepare sales report and reporting the Sales Scenario in written to the line-manager on a weekly basis.

  • Tracking the performance of the competitors in terms of offtake, merchandising, branding, activation, etc. to come up with the recommendation to increase awareness and sales.  

  • Attend regular business review meetings with the retail partners to get aligned with their business objectives and simultaneously ensuring company’s interest.

  • Negotiate terms of trade, including pricing, credit limit and period, promotions, and shelf space agreements.

  • Track and analyse sales data to evaluate performance compared to targets and identify areas of improvement.

  • Take corrective measures to rectify any sales deficits.

  • Top of Form Bottom of Form Ensure customer satisfaction and foster positive client connections. 

  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

  • Develop associates and track their performance and guide them to achieve their sales.

  • To ensure that outlets are maintaining FIFO to display and sell the products.
