Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree or HSC. in any discipline.
∎ Academic qualification may be relaxed for exceptionally deserving candidates.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing quality control checks on products during the production cycle.
∎ Develop and maintain the Quality Standard and Rules & Regulations for achieving the quality of garments as per buyer requirements.
∎ Oversee the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection.
∎ Oversee the entire QC & QA department and ensure liaison & effective communication with other departments to ensure timely and quality garments delivery.
∎ Output review against the sample and follow-up on first output garment measurement report.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective person to ensure corrective measures are taken.
∎ Must report any deviation in QA system to the Management.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience both in Knit and Woven Product.
∎ Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to create and lead a team-based environment;
∎ Demonstrated abilities in process improvement of garments management.
∎ Report presentation skill and interpersonal skill;
∎ Must have the mentality to work in the factory in Chittagong.
