∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
∎ Proficient in quality management systems (QMS) and audit management software.
∎ Familiarity with document control and management systems.
∎ Effective communicator with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
∎ Proficient in quality auditing methodologies and techniques.
∎ Must have computer knowledge and ERP operating skill.
∎ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and execute quality audits across various factories to ensure the internal standards and requirements of quality control and quality management system.
∎ Develop and implement audit plans, audit schedules, and risk assessments to prioritize audit activities effectively.
∎ Prepare audit report after conducting audit and submit report to management.
∎ Analyze audit findings, prepare detailed reports, and present actionable recommendations to senior management.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and track the implementation of corrective actions.
∎ Conduct review meeting with internal team and Suppliers on identified risks and nonconformities.
∎ Conduct training sessions for QC team and related departments on quality standards and best practices to enhance overall quality awareness.
∎ Set SOP for best outcome from the quality department.
∎ Ensure technical support and guide line to factory QC team.
∎ Analyze quality metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders to enhance product quality and user satisfaction.
∎ Keeping records in organized way for every style and PO.
