• Effective communication skills and strong negotiation skills

• Ensure overall sewing quality as per buyer requirement, Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) standard, and approved sample

• Monitor in-line and end-line sewing quality regularly

• Identify sewing defects and take immediate corrective and preventive action

• Check and follow PP sample, size set, TOP sample, and buyer comments

• Supervise and guide QAO / QC inspectors in sewing section

• Coordinate with Sewing, IE, Production, and technical team to improve quality

• Reduce rework, alteration, and rejection through proper quality control

• Ensure correct stitch type, SPI, seam allowance, thread, and workmanship

• Ensure sewing process follows buyer compliance, SOP, and factory quality system

• Support buyer inspection and internal audit related to sewing quality

• Maintain quality records, reports, and daily inspection status

• Ensure right-first time (RFT) production and smooth handover to finishing section.
