• Effective communication skills and strong negotiation skills

• Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned timeline.

• Balance manpower and machinery effectively to eliminate bottlenecks and idle time.

• Ensure sewing operations comply with approved quality standards.

• Improve workflow, line layout, and process efficiency when required.

• Coordinate with Industrial Engineering (IE) and Finishing Department for balanced production flow.

• Motivate and guide workers to maintain required productivity and efficiency.

• Control and monitor absenteeism and line discipline to ensure smooth production flow.

• Work closely with the QC team & Kaizen team to reduce defects and improve quality performance.

• Coordinate with the Engineering Department to resolve machine breakdowns and technical issues.

• Regularly report production status and improvement progress to the Production Manager.
