Job Context: Construction Project Engineer will be a professional who oversees our construction projects from start to finish. They will responsible for planning, organizing, and managing resources to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:        ·       

• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs for materials, labor, and other resources required, ensuring accuracy and completeness.        ·      
• Conduct thorough rate analysis for various construction activities, evaluating labor, material, and overhead costs to determine competitive rates and ensure cost-effectiveness in project execution within project budgets and profitability targets.·      
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and value adding engineering.        ·       
• Assess and quantify project risks related to cost, schedule, and scope, and incorporate risk allowances.       ·        
• Obtain competitive pricing and quotations from suppliers, subcontractors, and other relevant stakeholders.       
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.      ·    
• Maintain detailed records of quantities, costs, and other relevant data of works, correspondence, preparing reports, and presentations as required for management review and decision-making.        ·       
• Prepare work billing measurement sheet, submit interim payment application, and interim payment certificate throughout the construction phase.   
• Prepare financial claims, extension of time and engineer`s instructions for variations, cost proposals related to changes in project scope, drawings, and specifications from contract documents.        ·
