Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for smart, energetic, skilled and career oriented enthusiastic individuals who have extensive knowledge in commercial interior/exterior construction and maintenance works as well as implementation of the drawings in accordance with the specifications.
Job Responsibilities:
Have in-depth knowledge and understanding of engineering drawing, furniture drawing & design, and implement projects in accordance with the drawings and specifications
Collect measurements for design purposes
Organize materials and labor of the site and ensure continuity of operations
Prepare cost estimates and ensure that the right materials and tools are available
Prepare work schedules and communicate any adjustments with the team
Assure quality of work and provide feedback to the team
Liaise with other teams and departments such as design, planning, procurement, etc.
Check bill and quantities of every item of work according to the original
Manage interior design projects and ensure timely completion
Ensure maintenance works of company sites, warehouses and retails stores are completed on a timely basis
Supervise and inspect the quality of work and provide regular reports
Provide technical solutions to on-site construction related problems and difficulties
Manage multiple vendors and contractors
Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
