Responsibilities & Context:
- Follow up dyeing batch function.
- To monitor production step by step and follow up every problematic point of production and give proper solution as per (subcontractors) buyers requirements to ensure on time delivery
- Batch preparation & pH check.
- Sound knowledge about actual Dyeing batch faction.
- Optimum utilization of Man, Machine & Material
- Must know the technical way to minimize cost & process loss.
- Monitor the systematic way following international way.
- Analyze & review gray fabric batch delivery program set as delivery priorities, and make schedule adjustments to meet timely gray fabric concerning with planning department.
- Manage a gray fabric batch team to ensure timely and accurate dyeing deliveries, oversee daily activities of batch team and provide direction & guidance as needed.
- proactively manages and addresses performance issues in batch delivery team members, determine training needs and taking initiatives for workforce development.
- Ensure all the gray fabrics receipts to the factory are recorded timely in stock ledger with physical verification.
- Ensure gray fabrics issued to the dyeing production in proper way.
- Conduct store inventory (Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly).
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly & Yearly report & stock report.
- Ensure proper maintain and operation of the store like safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
- Properly maintain store compliance related issue and Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
- Any other task assigned by the Management.
