Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have practical experience and knowledge in using GTR CAD software in garments pattern and marker making for Pant, Shirts & Jacket.
∎ Should able to prepare, develop Pattern independently.
∎ Must know 100% accurate pattern grading and correction as per buyer production report.
∎ Must have experience on woven garments, wash/non wash garments etc.
∎ Must know how to draw, plot accurately and correctly in order to avoid error and save fabrics consumption.
∎ Verify & check patterns, buyer comments to ensure the accuracy of the measurements of garments.
∎ Communicate with product development team to make the product feasible for production and at the same time meeting customers' demand.
∎ Arrange style wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency and making 100% accurate markers.
∎ Provide technical advice and support to merchandisers and production team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ The applicants must have experience in the following business area(s): Garments/ Buying House.
∎ Good writing and oral Communication skills particularly in Bangla and English.
