MBA/ M.Com/Masters (Accounting, Finance, Management, Marketing or any other relevant subjects) from any reputed University with good academic result.

  • Strong command over MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, financial modeling, and data analysis.

  • Excellent English writing skills for credit proposals, reports, and assessments.

  • Typing proficiency in Bangla using both Avro and Bijoy software with good typing speed.

  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and professional discipline.

  • Should have competency on computer based accounting system.

  • Capable of multitasking with strong communication and presentation skills

  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self motivated/proactive and problem-solving skills.



Responsibilities & Context:

People’s Leasing and Financial Services Limited (PLFS) is a Finance Company regulated by Bangladesh Bank. To meet the company’s present need we are looking for experienced, energetic, result oriented and self motivated candidate to serve the company

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Review and prepare credit proposals, including Home Loans, Auto Loans, SME Loans in line with product program guidelines and credit policy, Bangladesh Bank circulars, AML & KYC standards.

  • Analysis and prepare of the credit proposal (Renewal/Reschedule/Restructure/Settlement/Write-off) through assessment of different risks factors like financial risk, business/industry risk, management risk, security risk, relationship risk, marketing risk etc.

  • Visit new and existing clients to assess the credit worthiness, operational and financial performance of individual businesses as and when required and prepare visit reports.

  • Prepare and accurate submission of credit memos/proposals to Credit committee/Executive Committee/Board for necessary approval.

  • Prepare sanction letters, office notes, and decision memos. Keep accurate MIS for all proposals processed.

  • Stay updated with Bangladesh Bank circulars and implement necessary changes in internal processing guidelines as required.

  • Provide full support during internal or regulatory audits, ensuring all records are in compliance and accessible.

  • Collaborate with Credit Admin, and Relationship Managers to streamline and expedite loan processing and approval.

  • All other related jobs as and when required for smooth operation of the Department assigned by the line management.
