Experience:
MBA/ M.Com/BBA (Accounting, Finance, Management, Marketing or any other relevant subjects) from any reputed University with good academic result.CA-CC, partly qualified Chartered Accountant is preferable.
At least 10 years of experience, out of which minimum 06 years working experience in a senior position of Finance & Accounts department of any Bank/Finance Company.
Candidate should have adequate & relevant both Accounting & Technical (IT/System/Software) knowledge, skill and experience to remove any data/figure mismatch between different documents/statements/Reports (i.e. CL & Financial Statements) of the company.
Should have competency on computer based accounting system.
Capable of multitasking with strong communication and presentation skills
Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self motivated/proactive and problem-solving skills.
Experienced in Data entry in customized software and familiar with Microsoft Office/MS Excel.
Experience in Tally software would be adding advantage.
Able to excel in high-pressure situations.

Job Description / Responsibility
Managing and overseeing the daily operations of Finance & Accounts department and will be reportable to Managing Director.
Operations of the accounting department including:
Preparation of monthly, Quarterly and yearly financial statements of the company.
Preparation of annual budget.
Coordinate and complete the annual and other audits.
Able to prepare Accounts of the NBFI independently.
Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements for all regulatory and other stakeholders.
Establishing proper accounting methods, policies, procedures and principles applicable for Bangladesh.
Plan and monitor the applicable TAX & VAT rules in the company for maximization benefits out of Tax cost.
Monthly review of all general ledger accounts to ensure accurate and completeness of posted transactions.
To provide support to the Statutory Auditors and Bangladesh Bank Inspection Team & comply with their recommendations.
To prepare of all kinds of Central Bank Reporting.
To comply the requirements of Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory authorities.
Any other jobs assigned time to time by the management.
