Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet annual, monthly and weekly sales target according to ABP.
∎ Assist line manager to Sales Planning & Negotiation with the customers.
∎ Assist line manager to determine and manage the marketing budget
∎ Assist line manager to increase the percentage of repeat sales from all customers.
∎ Prepare periodic analyzed & summarized activity report.
∎ Research and analyses market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects Genset Sales in all segments.
∎ Search new market and develop new customer base.
∎ Keep RA profile high & derive customer satisfaction & confidence in RA.
∎ Build & maintain long term relationship with, both current and potential clients and their management team by providing information, guidance, support service recommendation, profit improvement and new opportunities.
∎ Prepare for making offer for DG and service sales to all segments.
∎ Ensure continuous improvement an all key performance areas.
∎ Any other task assigned by the line manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Dynamic, amiable, respected, organized, analytical, proactive, assertive, creative, innovative, customer oriented, goal/detail oriented, quality conscious, team building ability and adaptability.
