Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulating operational strategies, tactics and action plan as per three year strategy for Power Generation Business.
∎ Ensuring market share achievement for all department of Power Generation Business (Diesel, Service segment and Rental power) as per target through continuous exploration of two new channels and key accounts.
∎ Achieving top line and bottom-line of Power Generation Business.
∎ Extensive market research to be able to take right business decisions.
∎ 4P analysis and Positioning the Products and Services with right value proposition.
∎ Establishment of our brands in the respective categories as the most preferred brand.
∎ Managing product portfolio as per market demand and RESL growth agenda.
∎ Keep the sales, service and rental teams motivated and equip them with product knowledge and right customer service attitude.
∎ Establish and strengthen processes, policies and structure to ensure internal efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 37 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The job holder requires demonstrating strong leadership skills to empower and lead the team diligently with robust analytical ability, strategic planning, presentation skill, negotiation skill, computer literacy, ability to work under stress and a team player mentality.The incumbent should have a Minimum 15 years hands on experience in direct sales of power products/capital machinery and able to explain customer critical technical specification of product to enhance sales drive and improve sales volume.
