Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make sure to know about four point system (Fabric Inspection).
∎ Attending quality complain on call / inform.
∎ Perform with functionality regarding yarn / fabric complain issue.
∎ Solve problematic yarn / fabric issueAnalyze quality-related customer concerns, identify root causes and collaborate on solution to prevent recurrence.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.
