Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle the payroll operations, which must be carried out in accordance with EPZ law regulations.
∎ Identifies and updates to payroll processing files, systems, and procedures.
∎ Maintain payroll systems (Kormee) for the processing of payroll account transactions (such as salaries, wages, benefits, allowances, deductions, and taxes).
∎ Co-ordinate the proper execution of an employee's promotion, transfer, resignation, and other HR services, including final settlement while preparing the salary sheet.
∎ Co-ordinate with other teams to ensure timely processing of salaries and disbursements.
∎ Issue incremental letter & recommend, restructure and implement promotional effect.
∎ Responsible for verification & reconciliation of monthly payroll.
∎ Ensuring smooth final settlements and maternity benefit process.
∎ Co-operating with various departments to maintain a timely scheduled salary disbursement.
∎ Efficient in handling various buyer audits.
∎ Maintain HR software properly.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
