∎ B. Sc. in CSE from reputed University with advanced knowledge on Cisco Network, Router and Firewall.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Configuring networking devices like CISCO/ Mikrotik Router, Switch, and performed troubleshoot on schedule or emergency maintenance.
∎ Configuring network Security device like Firewall (Cisco Firepower 2130 NGFW Appliance, CISCO FTD, FMC, ISE, Shophos) and monitoring.
∎ Computer, Laptop, Intercom and Wi-Fi user support.
∎ Complain received from user and providing support accordingly.
∎ Wi-Fi (CISCO MERAKI) setup, CCTV, PABX support.
∎ Problem identification and co-ordination for resolving the problem.
∎ Co-ordination among Supervisor, suppliers and staff.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Data backup and recovery capability.
∎ Experience with IT technologies and business processes for a manufacturing company.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
