Education:
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
    • Bachelor degree in any discipline
    • Masters degree in any discipline
  • BBA/MBA in HRM or Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline.

Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Good skill in typing (Bengali & English).

  • Advanced Skill in MS Excel, MS Word & Power Point.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.

  • Solid understanding of full-cycle of recruitment processes.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • English Language proficiency.                                            

  • Good Knowledge in EPZ Labor Act 2019 & EPZ Labor Rules 2022.                                             



Responsibilities & Context:

1. Recruitment & Selection:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for both executive and worker-level positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth, timely, and cost-effective recruitment process.
  • Update and maintain recruitment-related forms and documentation.

2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Conduct onboarding and offboarding procedures in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires and smooth exit formalities for departing employees.

3. HR Operations & Data Management:

  • Update and maintain employee information in HR software and databases.
  • Prepare and circulate monthly employee database reports and other HR reports as needed.
  • Coordinate employee confirmation and transfer procedures.
  • Manage employee separation processes.

4. Compliance & Process Coordination:

  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with internal policies and legal regulations.
  • Document verification & Support for social compliance audit.

5. General Support:

  • Assist in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the department manager.
