Job Responsibilities:
∎ Warehouse Operation:
∎ To receive DO as per delivery schedule.
∎ To generate LD CARD as per Quantity, Bundles & ensure proper loading as per slip.
∎ To check scale and weight slip.
∎ To prepare floor plan and stock position for loading of trucks & trailers as per instruction received from In Charge.
∎ To execute availability of manpower for bending & loading.
∎ To ensure proper documentation related of Vat & Delivery process as per standard.
∎ To accomplish Manual Bending productivity to keep available bend product as per requirement.
∎ To adherence to reduce process delay time of the bending and loading activities to achieve delivery target.
∎ To handle and accomplish process & disposal of non-Confirming product, wastage to keep Delivery area neat & clean.
∎ To ensure timely & accurate generation of delivery challan and gate pass as per policy
∎ To ensure proper checking of labor attendance and labor related documents up keeping.
∎ To work closely with field level staffs, transport and workers to ensure the plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer needs.
∎ To communicate when required and appropriate responses to the product query resolution helpline for the salesforce.
∎ To ensure safety by using PPE and maintenance of PPE properly & ensure safe WAY operation at WH.
∎ To collaborate with sales people as well as customers.
∎ Scale Operation:
∎ To performs operating sequences to receive and exit vehicles through incoming and outgoing scales.
∎ Ensures that trucks are properly positioned on scales for accurate weights.
∎ To assist in checking all components of the weigh scale system to ascertain all are in working order.
∎ To maintain a control environment in scale house to ensure proper operation of the computerized scale system.
∎ To instruct traffic control people to allow vehicles to proceed to tipping area and exit from factory.
∎ To perform minor maintenance and repair work on scales, scale house and scale house grounds.
∎ To use computer applications or other automated systems such as database software in performing work assignments.
∎ To maintain work area and equipment in a safe and clean condition at all times, keep the scales clean and free of debris. Perform custodial duties to clean and maintain the scale house.
∎ To maintain all required records and reports accurately and timely.
∎ Required to work overtime, weekends and during emergency conditions.
