Job Responsibilities:
∎ a) To prepare monthly shareholding & free-floating share statements as per CDBL for BSEC, DSE, CSE.
∎ b) To arrange various meeting & writing minutes (Board meeting, Management committee meeting, AGM etc.
∎ c) Dissemination of price sensitive information to shareholders, regulatory authorities & news agencies.
∎ d) Maintain dividend file and reconciliation with bank.
∎ e) Maintain Compliance as per BSEC rules & listing regulations.
Salary: Negotiable
