∎ Age 23 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist line manager to update and maintain procedure/ system for preventive maintenance and implementation of the plan.
∎ Ensure maintenance of plant and machinery to maximize machine up time.
∎ Prepare scheduled maintenance program for all machinery.
∎ Attend all breakdown maintenance's promptly to minimize production loss.
∎ Prepare spare parts list including critical spare parts and made arrangement for smooth operation of the machinery.
∎ Total maintenance of production machinery's & auxiliary equipment. Calibration monitoring & measuring devices as per schedule.
∎ Implement TPM for continuous reduction of machine down time.
∎ Implement and maintain Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) equipment and facilities.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of the effluent treatment plant.
∎ Ensure uninterrupted supply of utilities (water, gas, electricity) as per plan and compliance to statutory requirement.
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of ATP & ETP of the factory as per statutory requirement.
∎ To conduct activities as per company policy, procedures and management decisions pertaining to different standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, ISO 17025 and so on as applicable.
∎ Job Context:
∎ This role requires a high level understanding of operating requirements of most major equipment's. Understanding of the relevant equipment, technologies etc.
