Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure EMS & ECR activities are properly managed within the desirable timeframe.
∎ To keep tracking and updating all types of environment related legal documents.
∎ Maintain and implement environmental, chemical standard as, Higg Index, ECR-1997
∎ Analyze MSDS with CAS#, GHS pictogram, cross-check CAS# in ZDHC MRSL and make sure that chemical and out of 11 priorities banned and restricted groups;
∎ Ensure proper chemical storage, labeling, secondary containment, and safe use.
∎ Knowledge about environment health & safety management.
∎ To set Higg Index, BV-E3, Clean Chain, BHive, Detox & others environmental issues.
∎ To implement EMS, EIA, EMP, CMP (Chemical Management Plan).
∎ Analyze waste water treatment report result from factories and ensure quality from the report as per factory compliance.
∎ Monitor ETP Performance and liaison with the Department of Environment (DOE) on a regular basis to update Environment Clearance of Factories.
∎ Conduct Internal environmental Audit as per Code of Conduct to meet compliance and identify improvement area accordingly on regular basis
∎ Any other task assign by management.
