Clearing and forwarding, Commercial/ Export-Import, Leather industry
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and review import and export-related documents with the respective authorities of the bank, BEPZA, customs, and buyers.
∎ Establish proper communication with the CNF agent and other parties as well as execute import and export process for sea, air, and road accordingly.
∎ • Ensure zero detention and on-time cargo clearing from port.
∎ Perform logistic planning and monitor the overall execution process.
∎ Supervise and coordinate commercial and logistics department's day-to-day operations.
∎ Prepare yearly Customs audit data & documents with the team.
∎ Carry out any export-oriented courier shipments, make bookings with the courier party's online portal, and arrange H/O.
∎ Follow up and ensure to send GSP/KPT and ASN on time.
∎ Scrutinize the draft and confirm the HBL/AWB and FCR to the forwarder.
∎ Follow up and send EXP to lean bank Dhaka office within 15 days of ETD.
∎ Cohere with PRC collected from lean bank with team.
∎ Follow up with buyer regarding on time delivery process.
∎ Prepare monthly and yearly report.
∎ Coordinate original GSP book with DHL/FedEx for sending to customers.
∎ Follow up bank overdue on BB system and arrange to report accordingly.
∎ Follow up on daily shipment arrangement with QA, WH, packing. Take action in case of any discrepancies.
∎ Arrange & follow up cash incentive documents.
∎ Send the HBL/ETD date to F&A as per VSL ETD.
∎ Perform other relevant works assigned by manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have a strong knowledge and understanding of customs processes, documentation, and commercial activities. Experience in handling customs process is preferred.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 60000 (Monthly)

∎ Salary review after successful completion of probationary period along with the guaranteed allowance of BDT 4,000.

∎ As per BEPZA rules and company policy.
