Job Responsibilities:
∎ Control & supervise day to day security activities of the company as a whole.
∎ Monitoring security personnel so that all activities related to security such as guard management, patrolling, threat analysis, etc. are properly implemented.
∎ Train and ensure manners, etiquette & behaviors of all security personnel how to deal with guests, visitors and employee.
∎ Ensure controlling of entry/exit system of the personnel inside the factory.
∎ Establish and maintain procedures to reduce any internal theft/losses.
∎ Capable to operate and monitor all systems (including CCTV) ensuring that everything is going on smoothly in view of security perspective.
∎ Have sufficient knowledge on CTPAT related security standard.
∎ Maintaining gate pass, challan, register books and monitor all incoming & out going materials
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Retired JCO / NCO will get preference
∎ Should have good health and strength.
∎ Should have mentality to work under pressure.
∎ Strong communicational & interpersonal skill.
∎ Leadership Skills & Time Management
Salary: Negotiable
