Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
∎ Identify and approach potential customers, build strong relationships, and negotiate contracts.
∎ Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries promptly.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders and customer satisfaction.
∎ Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements related to the steel industry.
∎ Train and mentor junior sales team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
∎ Continuously strive to achieve personal and team sales targets and contribute to the organisation's overall growth.
