Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the total quality team: supervise subordinate works and giving technical advice to improve their daily works.
∎ Conduct PP meeting, in-line and final AQL inspection and Provide solutions to solve quality issues.
∎ Ensure all production corrective actions are implemented in a timely and effective manner.
∎ Maintain the customer quality standard.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Head of Department and Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have proven leadership & communication skills
∎ Should have strong analytical skills and reporting skills.
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere & result oriented
∎ Should have strong ability to getting self-inspection

Salary: Negotiable
