Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare factory any types of social audits & certifications.
∎ To update all compliance related documents.
∎ To monitor health & safety issues of worker.
∎ To conduct training on different compliance issue.
∎ Compliance and Social Audit Proficiency: Good knowledge and experience of Buyers Code of Conducts, handle social & technical audits. Handling multiple standards' Quality, Environment, Health & Safety issue.
∎ To prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First-party & Third-party compliance audit.
∎ To handle all audits & take initiatives before the audit.
∎ To manage employee relations.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Preference will be given those have practical experience in BSCI Audit & Wet Process.
∎ Must have practical experience in related field.
∎ Must have good computer knowledge in Office application (Ms-word, Ms-Excel, Internet, e-mail & etc.)
∎ The applicant must be well conversant with labor law & labor Rules.
∎ Good written & oral communication skills in Bengali & English
