Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline or B.Sc. In Chemical Eng. Will be add additional value.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Chemical warehouse stock management, supply chain management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all receivable & issue document properly stock materials according to a prescribed inventory system.
∎ Follow up material inbound & outbound.
∎ Check materials inventory report & inform to concern department head.
∎ Follow up PI & LC status & Monitoring Proper Received & delivery schedule.
∎ Check stock materials availability as per production plan.
∎ Follow up material distribution as per consumption.
∎ Follow up production floor goods delivery.
∎ Follow up daily weekly monthly requisition for material asper production requirement.
∎ Maintain accurate stock according FIFO & LIFO.
∎ Follow up Chemical MSDS & TDS displayed accessible in the storage areas.
∎ Availability of PPEs ensured while handling chemicals.
∎ Making buyer related document & CIL.
∎ Follow up BIN Card in CS.
∎ Follow up to keep the warehouse neat & clean and well organize (as per compliance).
∎ Ensure Chemical Storing secondary containment & in pallet.
∎ Follow-up Hazard & non-Hazard chemicals segregated and stored separately.
∎ Follow up warehouse & employee safety facility (as per compliance).
∎ Maintain transport schedule for local items received and delivery purpose.
∎ Conduct Monthly 100% physical counting of inventory and closing report.
∎ Follow up daily Receive & delivery report & inform to department head by email.
∎ Follow up Stock Register & Consumption report.
∎ Keep accurate physical inventory Monthly & Yearly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Good knowledge & skills in MS Office package.
∎ Able to good email communication.
∎ Knowledge in Store system & it's SOP.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
