Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide all types of IT support like Assembling a New PC, Laptop & Notebook.
∎ Mikrotik Router Configuration & Bandwidth control.
∎ Setup & configure different types of Routers. Maintenance of overall office network (both LAN & Wi-Fi,) & ensure LAN, Wi-Fi, and Internet Connectivity.
∎ Technical support computer hardware and software (Microsoft Office Application Program) troubleshooting & resolving.
∎ Local area network (wireless & wired) and Wide Area Network Monitoring, maintenance.
∎ Configuration and troubleshooting, File sharing, and Printer sharing for multiple user access within a Local Area network.
∎ Technical Support & troubleshooting office computers, Scanner, Multimedia Projector, Printer etc.
∎ Configuration company domain Mail in Microsoft Outlook
∎ Setup & Support for all kinds of NVR, DVR, and maintenance. Setup, maintain & technical Support Time Attendance Machine, attendance software & Access control Device.
∎ Maintenance & Connectivity support the IP PABX/PABX System. Familiar with ERP software.
∎ Work as a Payroll assistant for Personal file entry, ID Card Issues, leave posting, etc. in existing ERP software.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the authority and management.
