∎ Only Woven (Shirt) experience will be considered.
∎ Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Evince Group is one of the leading conglomerates, specializing in the garments industry of Bangladesh. We are looking for a suitable Sr. Merchandiser/Merchandiser candidate for our Group with knowledge and experience in Shirt (Woven) manufacturing.
∎ Lead and deal with the Buyers independently for all merchandising activities including product development, instant price quotation, negotiation and sourcing.
∎ Arrange all kinds of fabrics and accessories both from local and foreign sources as required for sampling and production, by working with the development team effectively.
∎ Liaison with Buyers regarding all merchandising activities such as order booking, processing, order follow up and product development.
∎ Play leading role in long-term planning, including initiatives geared towards operational excellence.
∎ Work with the sample team to ensure samples are accurate, reflective of each other and right at first time.
∎ Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Ensure smooth merchandising operations.
