Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience in dealing with reputed buyers' orders independently
∎ Overall responsibilities to look at designated accounts assigned by the management, and provide updates
∎ Follow up on sample developments and production with a high degree of personal responsibility
∎ Work with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of goods
∎ All required submission as per Buyer's demand including Development, Gold, Black, Sample Fabrics, Trim Booking, etc.
∎ Understand and follow customer procedures for order fulfillment
∎ Co-ordinate with Production Team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to buyer
∎ Communicate with suppliers for raw materials booking and delivery.
∎ Work closely with Production and QA to ensure best final product. Have to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of the production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 38000 (Monthly)
∎ Other benefits as per company existing policy.
