Experience:

• 5 to 10 years

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology

• 5 to 10 years

• Age 25 to 40 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile , Buying Office . ( Knit, Woven & Sweater )

• Good communication skill in English and Bengali.

• Should have computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word & Excel).Ability to work under pressure and as a part of team.

• Ensure proper coordination and follow-up with related internal department (Development, QC, Commercial, CR, Sourcing etc.) to ensure smooth production.

• Must be able to comment on pre-production samples (CS, Size set, CTL, Photo, Pack etc.) and production samples (bulk, pre-FRI/FRI etc.).

• Must be able to handle orders independently and able to update the management through summary presentation.

• Must have technical knowledge on fabric/ Yarn, accessories etc.

• Will have to have communication skills to work independently from inquiry to shipment as per T&A plan.

• Closely monitor production report and time to time follow-up production to ensure on-time shipment.

• Have good abilities to work in a team for monitoring production and resolve all order-related issues.

• Smart, Self-confident, fresh mentality & own innovation power to motivate to the production team.

• Maintain all relevant merchandising order files, reports etc. required for processing orders efficiently .

• Proactive and never need a push from the back, strong follow up skill till the result with success and remain up to date with industry`s best practices.

• Must have team-work ability. Any special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company. Understand ethical behavior and business practices and ensure own behavior and the behavior of others are consistent with these standards and align with the values of the organization.
