Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Textile Technology.

• At least 5 years

• Age At most 40 years

• Candidates will be given preference who are experienced for LPP Buyer.
• Need to have verse sound knowledge to make effective costing (all components of product costing from all perspectives).
• Need to have strong negotiation skills to deal with costing and claims.
• Must be able to independently manage product development, understand latest fashion trends, source new yarns and develop customer specific collections.
• Be able to set priorities, develop a work schedule, and monitor progress towards goals, and track details, data, information and activities.
• Must have excellent computer skills especially in Excel and knowledge of ERP software.
• Must have capability to arrange order place to factory with good price.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to team building environment and strong interpersonal and communication skill.
• Understand and follow-up customer procedures for order execution.
• Ensure and supervise the Marketing, Merchandising, Operation, and Planning team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.

• Must have the ability to plan & execute orders from his/ her own sources (buyer).
• Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers' expectations and company's objectives.
• Develop and maintain excellent business relation with the buyers to serve their interest and requirement for smooth Business.
• Strong capable to handle in quantitative analysis, Buyer corresponded and creative work, any Merchandising file of an order starting from new development to.
• Prepare to production plan & shipment plan for proper execution of sampling and Production according to "Time and Action Calendar" on regular basis with production.
• All raw materials ensure are in the house on time by regular follow-up/monitoring.
• Monitor and assist in the development & creation of new buyers for expanding the business.
• Meet & deal with Producer/supplier independently for all merchandising activities including costing & price negotiation.
• Create channel for sourcing materials for new development.
• Maintain communication between producer/vendor for all short of development / production and other issues.
• Handling supply/production problems if arise.
• Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.
• Communication with others department head or manager to ensure smooth production process.
• Leading Supervising merchandising team.
• Excellence /Fluency in English speaking, listening and writing to communicate with Buyers regarding production status and receiving new orders.
• Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
