∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Procurement, Sourcing, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the central procurement dept. which deals with yarn, fabrics, trims & accessories, dyes & chemicals, Engineering and general items.
∎ Follow-up, supervise the team considering quality, on time delivery and best deal.
∎ Reviewing and implementing the procurement strategy.
∎ Developing systems of control, policies and procedures relating to procurement.
∎ Liaising with relevant staff to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
∎ Reviewing existing contracts and identifying opportunities for improved value for money.
∎ Define and manage key supplier relationships to deliver breakthrough performance in cost, service and quality including technical support.
∎ Reviewing existing vendor's performances and find out potential vendor to ensure the better service
∎ Providing guidance to relevant staff in all procurement matters
∎ Monitor deviations from budget, take corrective actions, coordinate physical inventory counts and report to top management.
∎ Establish, manage and improve warehousing and logistics processes and procedures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven working experience as a procurement / Supply chain manager
∎ Well conversant with ERP Software
∎ Strong communication & presentation skills in both written & oral English
∎ Candidate should have in depth knowledge about yarn/accessories
∎ Should be a competent individual to lead a group of people

Salary: Negotiable
