∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Renewable Energy Companies, Power.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
∎ Experience with retails sales in the renewable energy industry will be preferred.
∎ Experience in corporate sales sector at least 8 (eight) years including highly prefer of 4+ years of proven sales experience, especially in of Automobile marketing sector or Commercial/Flat developer marketing or Generator/industrial heavy machine.
∎ Must be capable to communicating with the customer on marketing matters at all the levels.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a SR. MANAGER/AGM of SALES & MARKETING (OFF GRID RENEWABLE ENERGY/SOLAR) who will be responsible for driving sales for retails sales like, solar panel, charge controller etc. This is full time, on-site role located in Dhaka. The day-to-day tasks of the role include managing the sales team, establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new sales opportunities and creating sales strategies and plans to achieve our sales goals.
∎ JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Responsible for achieving OFF GRID sales targets.
∎ Meeting with customers in-store and out at site locations.
∎ Providing customers with information about company equipment and solar systems.
∎ Demonstrating company solar products in a working environment.
∎ Increase sales by developing new parties & Gathering information to accurately identify the customer's solar needs.
∎ Selecting solar energy products and systems to best suit the customer's needs.
∎ Preparing or reviewing designs for the customer's solar installation.
∎ Providing after-sales service including courtesy calls and site visits.
∎ Following up on sales quotes from other members of the sales team.
∎ Meet monthly sales & collection according to the company policy.
∎ Visit market, hunt new clients & dealers, and act to create new market opportunities, and report to the line manager on regular basis.
∎ Completing sales order paperwork.
∎ Identify new markets and business opportunities, visit potential customers for new business,
∎ Must be capable of communicating with the customer on marketing matters at all the levels.
∎ Providing customers with quotes, sales orders, shipping information, and tax credit information.
∎ Strong technical knowledge regarding on grid solar.
