Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters in any subject from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyses the company's risk portfolios presented by primary underwriters and determine risks retention levels for the company.
∎ Ensure timely negotiations of both treaty and facultative reinsurance with reinsurer.
∎ Verifies details of claims on the company and submits them to the reinsurers to ensure that they meet their obligations promptly.
∎ Negotiates and updates changes or amendments to treaty and facultative agreements approved by company management.
∎ Verifies a variety of reinsurance accounts and liaises with Finance Department for remittance or reinsurance premiums in accordance with the contract requirements.
∎ Markets and accepts inward reinsurance business for the company and secures the appropriate reinsurance protection for the business.
∎ Monitors and implements the department's revenue and expenditure.
∎ To liaise with the reinsurer with the view of securing technical assistance in underwriting and claims handling management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have Re-insurance related experience at least 5 years in Non-life Insurance industry.
∎ Strong communication skills in English.
∎ Candidate must have good knowledge in Computer & internet
∎ Must have capability to perform with insurance ERP/management software
Salary: Negotiable
