Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology
∎ Bangladesh University of Textiles,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Knitting Production, floor administration, Control & combination.
∎ To attend the daily forecasting meeting with planner, technical & HOD.
∎ Alliance with knitting HoD, Technical, Sample R&D and others for committed orders and monitor the production critical Path regularly to ensure on time shipment.
∎ To execute production as per knitting rolling plan.
∎ To ensure Pre-production bulk as per knitting parameter (Max 5 to 10 kg) & ensure with production quality then start bulk production.
∎ Responsible for strong floor management as well as correspondence.
∎ Must ensure shade, quality before going to bulk batch wise in case of yarn dyed order
∎ To confirm knitting HoD & planner about knitting start & end daily basis as per plan.
∎ To return loose yarn through re-conning process to Sub-store / main store.
∎ To monitor return of excess yarn to Sub store / Main store.
∎ To Send QA fail fabric to left over by delivery challan.
∎ To monitor machine hourly is the operators are doing their job properly.
∎ To carry out assigned responsibilities for developing, directing and coordinating textile planning activities for executing the production process.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management time to time.
∎ -Monitor floor production.
∎ Supervise production related all personnel's (like helper, operator, supervisor & others).
∎ Machine wise floor achievement as per plan.
∎ Standard production vs actual plan chart.
∎ Yarn availability (D/Y & regular)
∎ Machine follow-up as per required R.P.M
∎ Monitor floor house-keeping & P.P.E using of floor personnel.
∎ Re-coning, Doubling & Twisting and collar cuff section.
∎ If any finding arrives after QA check then consult with technical team or machine adjustment team and solve.
∎ To Follow up till Dyeing finishing for any kinds of knitting if quality problems.
∎ Correspondence section -
∎ Merchandising, IPE, Dyeing & MCD
