Job Responsibilities:
∎ The person will be required to look after the mechanical maintenance functions of a highly sophisticated garments factory.
∎ Take the charges of overall of mechanical maintenance functions of a garments factory and supervising the functions of Maintenance personnel of the factory delivering products to top-class customers in USA/ Europe and being responsible for the successful maintenance of machineries to meet the required quality of the apparels produced and delivered.
∎ Answerable for all mechanical maintenance functions of the factory.
∎ Provide guidance to mechanical maintenance personnel of the factory for smooth and uninterrupted performance of factories production.
∎ Making plan for the overall mechanical maintenance jobs of the factory to ensure that all the necessary machines, equipment/electrical systems are ready and all the necessary measures are taken for the smooth performance of the factory.
∎ Make sure that the machines are adjusted; folders/ equipment are updated in accordance with the styles.
∎ Taking care of machines/ equipment and other mechanical maintenance functions to ensure that the production is no way hampered.
∎ Discuss with Technical/QC/ Industrial Engineering (IE) personnel to address the mechanical maintenance procedure and meet the quality requirements and receive their instructions/recommendations and act accordingly. Pass such instructions/recommendations to all the mechanical maintenance personnel throughout the factories.
∎ Plan and handle mechanical maintenance procedure in a way that ensures minimum involvement of time, manpower and other resources while delivering the optimum production and quality
∎ Make sure that, the mechanical maintenance personnel are aware of the quality and related maintenance requirement of the particular buyers and train and educate them to maintain the machinery/ equipment/ maintenance measures needed for the quality requirements throughout the production processes

∎ Age 35 to 60 years
